300 BODIES

In Chicago,IL aka Chiraq, Drillanois, violence is raging every year What is the motivation behind the madness?

African Americans are killing off the race and complying with the "Willie Lynch Syndrome" divide and conquer. When will the African American race uplift each other and stop killing each other off. The parents need to get more involved with the children at a young age. Stop teaching the youth, jealousy, envy and hate, and teach them Love, Respect, and Faith. its that or (300 BODIES)

NBA players, Rap artist and media influences the youth more and more everyday, but its not their fault for the violence that take place. The youth needs someone in their neighborhoods, their family and their school to help them distinguish from what they see on television and what's happening in their neighborhoods. its either that or it's (300 BODIES)

Black people Wake up! we yelling they don't give us equal opportunity, there aren't any jobs, get up, go out and go get it. Make a way out of no way, that's why I support anybodies grind as long as it's legal. Black men and women be role models to our youth. It's not cool for the youth who look up to you, see a different man or woman come in and out or life, because they will think that's how it go when they come to age.  With all of this movement going around spreading diseases is what the youth don't know, but it's up to YOU to tell them, its either that or it's (300 BODIES)

KC Jones Is The Name

Known amongst his peers as “the cool kid to be around”, Chicago Native Cameron “KC” jones has a thought provoking, lyrical style sure to leave an impression on anyone in tune with good music. Cameron “KC” Jones, has always had an ear for music, growing up he quickly gravitated to the likes of Rap artist Eminem, who was the first one to inspire KC’s writing style at a young age.
“ I remember my early writings being comical and harsh like Eminem when I was kid. I was just instantly in tune with his music and how people just naturally wanted to listen to him without having to be asked or persuaded”.
Eminem was not his only source of inspiration, he also rocked with Camron, Common, Kanye West, Juelz Santana, 50 Cent, Chaka Khan, CA!N, and T.I.
Music has always been apart of KC’s lifestyle, whether it was recording music in his early years with friends in high school, writing a R&B song, or venting thoughts to his 3 yr. old daughter Lyric, he never lost sight of being involved in music. But, it was running into his childhood friend, and one half of the group “The Odd Couple” that took his music to another level.  He began working on solo projects and gaining the drive and passion to compete against other artist rapping style, and work ethic. “From the Mic to the Boards” Kc was on his grind to create a buzz for himself as solo artist, linking up Chicago producer TJ Allen and The Soul Lifters.
“ We clicked instantly, cause his beats have that bounce and you have to bob your head when a track comes on, and that’s what I want people to do when they hear my music”.
He didn’t stop there; he also worked with Proseed who has a “hip hop soul, vintage sound” that put KC in a story telling state of mind. KC has worked with both producers since 2007 and his music has certainly evolved and reached above and beyond expectations since then.
Kc brings balance to the game as far as “party”/ hip-hop songs, and keep his music fun but also stay creative with lyrics, and ideas and not conforming to just one sound. Kc released his first solo effort “Limelight Vol 1.” In 2007 and is currently set to release “PYRO” featuring all original songs, features including former ODD Couple member CA!N in April 2012.  Kc has had the chance to perform at in store events for Akin Chicago, Leaders 1354, Potential Villain and Nike events such as Sneak & Eat 2011. Be on the look out for future projects from KC; this is only the beginning of lasting future for the Chicago Native in this industry.

You Could BullS#!t With Rap If You Want!!!!

In today's industry, many hip-hop artist are seeking to find other ways to bring in revenue to their account. Jay-z Hip-Hop Mogul has been a great example on how to make money not only from rapping, but through Fashion, commercials, Clothing lines, Ace of Spade champaigne, Movies, etc. The line you can bullshit with rap if you want mufukas, was in jay-z fourth Album The Dynasty. he was expalin how being a rapper didnt pay much, because of how many expenses that you have as a artist, from producers, writers, presidents of the company and A&R's you will get left with what you came in with Nothing, so if you are a hip-hop artist or juast artist period, please dont limit yourself to just one craft because you will have to face the harsh realities of being broke. Food for thought.

Freedom or Freedoom

In today's hip hop world we are held hostage. From the records sells failing because of downlaoding and the content of the music that is being judge by the media. The parents complain about their children and the music that they listen too, saying that it influence them in a negative way. The parents want to protest along with some of our religion leaders against hip-hop music. Hip-hop is suppose to be a gateway for artist to express themselves and their living conditions, they should not suffer for their lyrics, instead the parents should teach their children wrong from right, let me know what think?
